Return Eligibility Criteria
To protect hygiene standards for our luxury textiles, returned items must comply with the following criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange:

Condition: Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and inside their original product packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Exclusions: Items showing clear signs of post-delivery consumer use, washing, intentional damage, and items returned without their original tags are not eligible for a refund. If an item fails inspection, we will contact you with photographic proof and arrange to ship it back to you at the owner’s expense.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
